LC «Symbol»: construction of 16, 17, 18 buildings proceeding according to plan

The mobilization phase at the site has been completed. Excavation work on the site is 44% complete.

Residential and administrative buildings for workers, engineers and technicians were built. Power supply systems, water supply, office and air-conditioning were connected. On 10 May, staff members began working in their offices.

The construction site employs 268 people. The General Contractor received the first seizure from the Customer. Specialists started to produce hydro-insulation after filling of preparatory concrete.

The group of companies LMS as the general contractor implements the project «Donstroy» on multifunctional complex housing development. During realization of 16-18 buildings of the apartment complex «Symvol» (Moscow) specialists of LMS will be responsible for development of working documentation, creation of BIM-model, construction-mounting, finishing works and improvement of territory.

The three buildings, designed for 922 apartments, are combined by a two-story stylobat and a single two-level underground parking for 449 cars. The total area of the project is 93,729 square meters.
