Simvol HC Reaches the Twentieth Story

Specialists of the general contractor (LMS Group) continue construction and installation works according to the approved schedule at the construction site of the 16^th to 18^th buildings of the Simvol Housing Complex in Moscow.

Builders are currently installing floor slabs and vertical structures on the eleventh story in the 16^th building. On the 17^th building site, the construction of vertical structures of the fifth story is underway. In the 18^th building, builders continue installing floor slabs and vertical structures on the twentieth story. Reinforced concrete works have been completed in the sports and recreation center.

Walls made of aerated concrete blocks are being erected on the seventh story of the 16^th, on the eleventh story of the 17^th, and on the sixteenth story of the 18^th buildings.

LMS specialists continue installing air ducts in the parking lot at the -1^st level; work has already been completed on the -2^nd level. Cable troughs are also being installed in the parking lot. Installation of a drainage pipe continued at a below zero elevation.

Plastering works are performed on the fifth story of the 17^th and on the thirteenth story of the 18^th buildings. Rough finishing work continues in the 18^th building.

Installation of metal brackets for facade scaffolding has been completed. The scaffolding installation is underway in all building. The facade subsystem is being installed in the 16^th and 17^th buildings. The heat insulation system is being set up in the 18^th building.
