The 16th floor of the eighteenth building of the Simvol Residential Complex is built

The specialists of the LMS Group of Companies, the general contractor, continue the construction and installation works according to the approved schedule at the construction site of the 16-18 buildings of Simvol Residential Complex in Moscow. The reinforced concrete monolithic structures of the future buildings are being erected.

In the 16th building the installation of vertical structures on the seventh floor is going on. On the site of the seventeenth building the eleventh floor slabs are being installed. In the 18th building the builders are continuing the installation of floor slabs and vertical structures on the sixteenth floor. On the territory of the Sports and Recreation Center the specialists are busy with the installation of the floor slabs on the third floor.

Assembling walls of aerated concrete blocks continues on the second floor of Building 16, the ninth floor of Building 17 and the twelfth floor of Building 18. The specialists continue to install the air ducts and cable trays in the parking lot. Brickwork has been completed on the level below zero.

In the 18th residential block the finishing works on the first floor have been resumed and stucco works are being performed in corridors and staircases. The installation of the facade scaffolding on the first floor has been completed and the installation of brackets for facade systems is in progress. The installation of the facade scaffolding is in progress in Building 17.
