Limak Marash's quality control laboratory, three concrete plants, as well as our own production of welding beams provide all the needs of the construction of the large-scale project Eastern Exit to the federal highway M-5 Ural in Ufa. LLC LMA, a member of the Limak Marash Group of Companies, continues construction on all sites.
During the construction of the southern and northern parts of the tunnel, work is being carried out on the advance fastening of the vault, driving and the device of the primary support with the simultaneous strengthening of the base of the tunnel by injection with grouting mortars. Depending on the type of structures, the following types of waterproofing are used — injection waterproofing with acrylate gel, sprayed and glued waterproofing. At the moment, injection waterproofing with acrylate gel has been completed. All other types of waterproofing are made gradually as the construction of permanent structures.
The permanent structures of the northern part of the tunnel are being erected - a vault, a reverse vault and a side support. The construction of the lower part of the central support of the tunnel has been completed. The construction of the upper part is 80% complete.
At the Eastern portal (exit from the tunnel to the bridge across the Ufa River), the construction of retaining walls is being completed as part of anti-landslide measures. Work on the construction of the open part tunnel structures is in progress.
At the Western portal (exit to S. Yulaev Street), the basement of the Southern Tunnel and the waterproofing of the roof of the open part of the tunnel are sealed.
During the construction of the bridge, work was carried out on the installation of bored piles on supports 1, 2, 4, 5, 6. The readiness of the BNS device on the 3rd support is 28%. Grillages (60%), posts (40%) and heads of (40%) the bridge supports are being built. An enlarged assembly of steel structures of the bridge span is in progress. For the construction of the slipway, crane runways are being prepared, a multi-ton crane and auxiliary structures are being assembled.
On the overpass, the installation of the pumping station and driven piles was completed, as well as the plugging the roof of gypsum rocks. The grouting at the base of the piles is 87% completed. Construction of concrete structures is underway - installation of grillages is 71%, support bodies is 69%, crossbars is 60%.
The capacity of our own production of beams is 100%, monthly production of 100 prestressed beams (33 meters long), which is a fully planned construction of the facility. The installation of beams on the overpass supports is also being carried out, the readiness is 26%. Work has begun on the installation of the slabs of the span structure.
2358 people are involved in the construction of the facility, including engineering and technical personnel.
The vehicle fleet includes 220 units of construction machinery and special-purpose equipment.
