On the territory of a new wafer and solar cell factory Chernyakhovsk in Kaliningrad region the construction work is ongoing.
- At the moment, at the facility, LMS specialists continue to arrange the formwork of the future building for the production of silicon wafers.
- Excavation and compaction of the sandy base is carried out for the construction of the excavation. Work continues on the installation of the reinforcement cage, pouring the concrete base and bitumen waterproofing of the building foundation.
- On the territory of the building for the production of solar cells, work is underway to remove the fertile layer. The same work is carried out on the territory of the office premises of the customer and the contractor. Metal structures are being installed.
The general contractor’s services include carrying out adjustment of design documentation along with approval procedures at state expertise body, development of working documentation in BIM, construction works on turnkey basis, including a full range of electromechanical works.
Customer of the project is EnCore, a business unit of Unigreen Energy (a subsidiary of Ream Management investing in renewable energy, health nutrition and ecotourism projects).
