93% of the metal frame volume was installed during the construction of the Perm Gallery
Specialists of the general contractor of the LMS Group of Companies continue to install the frame of the building of the Perm State Art Gallery, the work is 93% completed.
By the end of December, more than 1,620 tons of metal structures were installed. The builders have started to install the base of the roofing.
At the level below zero, the concreting of the foundation plate and vertical structures (walls and columns) is ready in the volume of 5,500 m3, at the level above zero — in the volume of 2,010 m3. In the basement and on the ground floor, LMS specialists lay out exterior walls and partitions made of aerated concrete blocks.
More than 220 specialists, including IT specialists, are involved at the construction site.
