Mobilization of the construction site of RC Ostrov in the active phase
The specialists of the LMS Group of Companies has started the realization of Donstroy Project on the multifunctional complex development of the fifth block of the Ostrov Residential Complex (1-8 blocks).
Currently, the general contractor is mobilizing the construction site: canteens for workers and engineers, as well as office space are being built. In buildings 1, 3 and 4, the underlayment works are being performed, and this week the casting of the underlayment for the foundation slab will begin. LMS specialists have already filled in the under-floor cavity in building 2 and started waterproofing works. Metalwork is being manufactured in the reinforcing shop on the site.
There are 243 specialists working on the construction site, including engineering personnel. Large construction equipment is used: two mobile cranes, two JCB loaders, an excavator and a dump truck.
