LMS will involve up to 1000 workers in the construction of the educational complex «Point of the Future»

The head of Yakutia, Aisen Nikolaev, today checked the construction of the largest educational complex «Point of the Future» in Zhatai. At the moment, the installation of a pile field under the main building of the facility is almost completely completed. At the peak of the work, more than a thousand workers are involved here. The cluster is being built with the involvement of private investments of the New House Charitable Foundation. The general contractor of the construction is the LMS Group of Companies.

«This is a very important object. The construction is financed by the fund. Support in terms of technical connection and in general on licensing issues from the republic should be complete. The unique educational complex will become an ornament not only of Zhatai, but also of the whole of Yakutia,» Aisen Nikolaev stressed.

Dmitry Zavgorodny, Vice-president of the New House Charitable Foundation, said that the commissioning of the facility is scheduled for September 2026. The construction of the educational complex is on schedule.

«The educational complex will be fully put into operation by September 2026. We are ready to accept a little more than a thousand children. The complex will be maintained at the fund's expense, education for children will be free,» Dmitry Zavgorodny said.

At the moment, the employees of the general contractor are carrying out monolithic work. In parallel with the general construction work, pile testing and geotechnical monitoring are being carried out.

The project of the educational cluster includes a kindergarten for 200 places, an educational complex with seven buildings, including for primary classes (grades 1-6) 360 seats, secondary school (grades 7-11) for 480 seats, a sports block with a swimming pool, sports and gyms, residential houses for families with foster children, two two-storey houses for teachers, heated Parking with a transport terminal.

The complex will create all conditions for the realization of the research and creative potential of children.

The first educational complex «Point of the Future», as an example of social responsibility of business, was previously built by the charity foundation «New House» in Irkutsk.
