LMS has started the installation of stained glass windows in the industrial complex in Chernyakhovsk

The general contractor LMS Group of Companies continues construction, installation and finishing works at a high pace in the Industrial Complex for the production of silicon wafers and photovoltaic converters (IC) in the Chernyakhovsk Industrial Park.

At the moment, the complex of construction measures for the installation of load-bearing and enclosing structures has almost been completed at the facility. Builders have started installing stained glass windows in buildings: № 1 – 40%, № 2 – 23%. Recall that in total, more than 4,892 tons of metal structures were installed in the IC buildings. At the moment, the installation of sandwich panels of internal walls and partitions in buildings is being completed at the facility: № 2 – 85%, № 4 – 94%, № 10 – 93%. In the rest – completely executed.

Work continues on the interior decoration of buildings: plastering work, floor screed installation, installation of the GCL subsystem in buildings, putty and painting work, laying ceramic tiles.

In the active phase, work is underway to improve the territory. In addition to the installation of the curb stone and the device of the foundation for on–site roads, laying geotextiles, sand and rubble, LMS builders are engaged in the installation of running tracks on the roof - 45% have been completed. The application of a flame retardant coating is carried out in buildings: № 10 – 89%, № 18 – 99%.

Work is underway on the installation of internal and external engineering systems. The facility employs 567 people.

The customer of the project is the ENCOR plant, which belongs to Unigreen Energy.
