General Contractor LMS Group of Companies completed the construction The multifunctional complex «Kuzminki» in Moscow on Zelenodolskaya Street. After the opening, it became known as Kuzminki Mall.

This is the largest shopping center that opened in Moscow in 2024 and one of the largest projects implemented in the capital in recent years. The total area of the center is 70 thousand square meters, the rental area is 33 thousand square meters. The textures of stone and wood are used in the design of the spaces, the color scheme is designed in a laconic natural palette, where bright accents serve to highlight places of recreation or food court.
