The readiness of the Multifunctional complex «Kuzminki» in Moscow in February was 23%
The general contractor LMS Group of Companies is rapidly implementing the construction of a new Multifunctional complex Kuzminki in Moscow.
At the end of February, the facility's readiness was 23%. Monolithic works were carried out in a volume of 24,300 m3. Waterproofing of monolithic structures is ready on an area of 19,650 m2.
On the construction site, the following devices are being installed: vertical and horizontal waterproofing; concrete preparation and cement-sand screed under the foundation plate and the foundation plate of the 1st block itself.
LMS specialists are engaged in reinforcing and concreting the floor slabs of the second floor of the 3rd block, the third floor of the 3rd block and the fourth floor of the 2nd block. Reinforcement and concreting of vertical structures of the second, third and fourth floors of the building is also underway.
Large construction equipment works at the facility, 523 specialists of the general contractor are also employed.
The customer of the project is AStrade Group LLC.
