Facade works in the 16-18 buildings of the Residential Complex «Symvol» are 80% completed
The general contractor LMS Group of Companies is rapidly implementing the construction of a new Residential complex «Symvol» in Moscow. The readiness of the facility at the end of March is 86%.
The waterproofing and roofing works have been fully completed. In the active phase, finishing works in buildings, mechanical and electrical work, as well as interior decoration.
The overall progress of facade works is 80%. Facade cladding with fiber cement panels is 62% complete. Glazing and installation of aluminum structures of the stylobate part is 96%.
LMS builders have completed 80% of the work in the underground parking. The wall-laying works are 89% completed, and the floor tiles in the mops of the three buildings are 99% completed.
The work on the improvement of the skate park has been completed. In general, the improvement of the territory is 47%. Builders are laying paving stones, paving slabs and preparing the ground for planting trees. The dismantling of scaffolding and facade elevator zones continues.
The customer of the project is LLC «Donstroy».
