Dynamics of construction of the residential complex «Ostrov» in Moscow in March

The general contractor LMS Group of Companies continues the construction of the fifth quarter of the Residential complex «Ostrov» (1-8 buildings) in Moscow at a high pace.

In total, during the construction, LMS specialists laid a concrete mixture in the volume of 49,200 m3, used more than 7,134 tons of reinforcement at the facility.

In building No. 1 on the 12th floor, the installation of the floor slab has been completed, the installation of vertical structures on the 13th floor continues.

The installation of vertical structures continues in Building No. 2 on the 8th floor, the installation of the floor slab is completed on the 7th floor.

The installation of vertical structures continues in building No. 3 on the 7th floor, the installation of the floor slab is completed on the 6th floor.

In building No. 4 on the 5th floor, the installation of vertical structures continues, on the 4th floor the installation of the floor slab is completed.

The installation of the floor slab continues in building No. 5 on the 1st floor, the installation of vertical structures has been completed on the 1st floor.

In building No. 6 on the 1st floor, the installation of the floor slab has been completed, the installation of vertical structures continues.

In building No. 7 on the 5th floor, the installation of the floor slab has been completed, on the 6th floor the installation of vertical structures continues.

In building No. 8 on the 4th floor, the installation of the floor slab has been completed, the installation of vertical structures on the 5th floor continues.

The construction of the facility is carried out in 2 shifts, the general contractor has attracted 1,150 specialists, including IT specialists. The customer of the project is LLC «Donstroy».
