Dynamics of construction of the new terminal of the Mineralnye Vody airport in August
The general contractor, the LMS Group of Companies, is rapidly building a new terminal complex of domestic air lines of the Mineralnye Vody International Airport.
The work of the preparatory period is 100% completed. The work on dismantling buildings falling into the construction spot was completed by 80%.
Excavation of the ground for the development of the pit for the building of the new terminal was carried out in the amount of 30,800 m3, and for the bomb shelter was carried out in the amount of 1,970 m3. In general, the excavation in two positions is 95%.
The reinforcement of the foundations was carried out by 36%, the concreting of the foundation of the building was carried out by 30%, the work on the waterproofing of the foundations was carried out by 18%.
Work is underway on the installation of the first tower crane, on the removal of engineering networks from the installation spot of the second tower crane. The builders have begun work on dredging the ground under the storm sewer network, work has begun on backfilling the sinuses of the finished foundations with soil. It is also planned to start work on the reinforcement of reinforced concrete columns of the first floor of the airport building.
The construction site employs 27 units of construction equipment and working personnel in the amount of 383 people, including 72 engineering and technical workers.
