Dynamics of reconstruction of the Roshchino Airport in Tyumen in September
The LMS Group of Companies as the general contractor demonstrates the dynamics of the phased reconstruction of the existing terminal complex of international/domestic air lines of Tyumen International Airport (Roshchino).
The construction of free-standing foundations (100%) and the foundation of the basement (100%) has been completed. The vertical structures of the basement are 100% installed, the floor slab is fully installed at the level of - 0.150, and the brickwork in the basement is also made (100%).
At the moment, the following works are being carried out at the facility:
- 99% of the soil has been developed in the volume of 29,500 m3
- the device of a vertical structure is made above the mark of - 0.150 by 92%
- 6,286 m3 of concrete mix was laid, which is 63% of the total volume
- backfilling was performed for 89% of the total volume
- the installation of the floor slab at the level of + 4.650 is 41% completed.
Builders have started the installation of floors in the basement, as well as facade work on the laying of aerated concrete blocks.
258 specialists are involved at the site.
