The construction of the terminal started in January 2022. The customer of the project is the holding «Novaport» which now owns the airport terminal. The general contractor is a group of companies LMS. According to the company, the new terminal with the area of 13,700 square meters will have three floors.

The construction of the passenger terminal at Novy Urengoy Airport is nearing completion. The adjacent territory has been landscaped. The work inside the building is in full swing. The workers of the contracting company are working at a rapid pace. They are planning to finish the facade by the end of the week. In total, about 800 people are working at the site.
