About the project
The general contractor – LMS Group of companies - develops working documentation, a BIM model, performs construction and installation, finishing and landscaping works.
All three buildings are united by a two-storey stylobate and a single two-level underground parking for 449 cars. The total area of the project is 93,729 square meters.
The territory of the courtyard of the houses is fenced and equipped with vehicle access control through the checkpoint.
On the territory of the development site, in a residential complex, it is planned to place:
