Simvol Residential Complex: the ninth floor mark has been reached

The specialists of the general contractor, LMS Group of Companies, continue construction and installation works on the site of 16-18 buildings of Simvol Residential Complex in Moscow according to the approved schedule.

• On the territory of the Sports and Recreation Center, the builders continue to erect the vertical structures of the future swimming pool on the first floor, as well as the vertical structures of the second floor.
• Vertical structures and floor slabs of the third floor are being assembled at the site of the 16th building.
• In the 17th building, the vertical structures and floor slabs of the seventh floor are being erected. At the fourth floor level, walls made of aerated concrete blocks are being installed.
• The floor slabs and vertical structures on the eighth and ninth floors of the 18th building are being installed. On the fifth floor, the installation of gas-block walls is in progress.
• On the territory of all three buildings of Residential Complex Simvol the installation of drainage pipes at the level below zero, as well as the installation of prefabricated monolithic stairs is in progress.
• The backfill and waterproofing of the object is 95% complete.
