Completed construction of the Nebo SEC in Moscow
The construction of the Nebo Shopping and Entertainment Center in Solntsevo (in Moscow) has been completed. Based on the results of the final inspection, Mosgosstroynadzor issued an AIA for the facility to the requirements of the design documentations and allowed the commissioning of the shopping and entertainment center.

The first phase of Nebo shopping and entertainment center construction was completed by the general contractor LMS in August 2020. As part of these works, the installation of in-situ reinforced concrete structures of the building, steel structures for the roof and waterproofing of the underground part of the facility was made.
The final phase of the work included the arrangement of facades with elements of stained glass glazing, arrangement of all engineering systems of the building, roofing works, as well as improvement works.

October 2019
The mobilization and arrangement of the future construction site is underway. Laying of appropriate communications, installation of utility and storage facilities, construction of a fence around the territory and creation of social infrastructure for workers.
November 2019
The construction of the building foundation has begun. Trenching, soil compaction and blind areas are underway. Waterproofing works on the foundation are in progress.
December 2019
The construction of the building's foundation continues.
August 2020
The first phase of Nebo shopping and entertainment center construction was completed by the general contractor LMS in August 2020. As part of these works, the installation of in-situ reinforced concrete structures of the building, steel structures for the roof and waterproofing of the underground part of the facility was made.
The development of drawings for the beginning of the installation of metal structures is underway.
December 2020
Facade works are in progress - the stage of installation of metal frames.At the same time, improvement works are underway, excavation and backfilling with sand are being carried out.
January 2021
At the facility, work is underway to install roofing - insulation.
Sandwich panels are being installed. Plaster and tiles are being installed on the minus first floor of the future center.
February 2021
More than half of the excavation work at the facility has been completed - 56%. One third of the work on the installation of partitions (29%) and the facade (33%) has been completed. Installation of sandwich panels is 65% complete. The work on finishing the premises is being actively promoted.
April 2021
The installation of the facade metal structures of the building is 95% complete. Installation of sandwich panels is 88% complete. Electrical and mechanical work continues - 30%, the installation of the ventilation and central air conditioning system is half completed.
May 2021
The dome of the central atrium was assembled. Subsequently, the installation of the stained-glass glazing of the dome will be carried out.
A number of key finishing works have been completed: partitions made of aerated concrete blocks (97%) and bricks (98%) are ready. The finishing of the stairwells is also almost finished (95%). The screed is 93% completed, the tiles are also nearing completion (88%).
June 2021
Facade finishing works are nearing completion: sandwich panels are 97% complete, LMS specialists are finishing the glazing.
More than two-thirds (71%) of roofing has been installed. Improvement of the territory continues: almost half of the driveways are made of asphalt concrete (47%).
July 2021
An agreement has been signed for the finishing of public spaces in the Nebo shopping and entertainment center.
A number of large-scale interior finishing works have approached almost 100% readiness: finishing floors for technical rooms and staircases, finishing floors with an antistatic coating, and floor screed. A large-scale process of connecting communication networks began. The automatic fire alarm system is 85% ready, the warning and evacuation control system in case of fire is 75% and the security alarm system is 80%.
August 2021
The works on finishing the facade of the building at the facility approached the mark of 100% readiness - the installation of sandwich panels, finishing of columns and installation of dock shelters has been completed. The walls are finished with porcelain stoneware, the laying of tiles on the floor continues, as is the installation of stained-glass windows and double-glazed windows.
In front of the main facade of the SEC Nebo, LMS specialists began to improve the territory: the laying of road surfaces began at the places of the future ground parking and the laying of sidewalk on the pedestrian paths.
September 2021
Construction and improvement of the adjacent territory of the Nebo Shopping and Entertaiment Center are at the finish line.
All types of finishing of the building were completed, all sewerage systems were installed and the land scaping is actively continuing. In the inner parking lot, LMS specialists have laid a topping coating, and in the outer parking lot, work has been completed on asphalting the road and laying a curb.
November 2021

The permission for commissioning of the Nebo shopping and entertainment center was received.
The grand opening of the SEC Nebo is scheduled for December 17-19.
