The first phase of construction of the iMAll Esplanade is completed

The construction of the first phase of the iMAll Esplanada Center in Perm is completed. According to the results of the final inspection, a conclusion of compliance of the facility with the requirements of the project documentation was obtained (except the movie theater).

The first phase of construction included the construction of a shopping and entertainment center with a nine-screen movie theater and an amusement park for children, a fashion gallery, a restaurant area, and a parking lot for 530 cars. A parking lot for 1,200 cars is planned to be opened during all phases of the project construction.

Specifications of iMAll Esplanada:

• The area of the building is 87,000 m².
• Built-up area – 16,000 m².
• Hard surface area – 2,250 m².
• The area of green areas – 7,500 m².
• The area of the decorative facade of PVC membrane – 5,500 m².
• 50,000 m³ of reinforced concrete produced and installed on the site.
• 1,350 tons of metal are used in the construction.
• 170,000 linear meters of pipes laid on the territory of the MFC.
• 19 elevators, 14 escalators and 4 moving walkways were installed.

The customer of the project is Prospect Group LLC.

Term of project implementation: April 2020 - February 2022.
