Сompleted installation of metal structures at the Esplanada Multifunctional Center in Perm

At the construction site of the future Esplanada Multifunctional Center LMS specialists are completing the metal structures of the building (99%). At this stage of construction, more than 1210 tons of metal structures have been assembled.

Installation of coatings and installation of half-timbered structures is 99% complete. On the facade of the building, 98% of sandwich panels have already been installed and work on the installation of the profiled sheet has been completed.

The facility is actively organizing a stable power supply to the premises. More than 121,000 running meters were used for laying the electric cable, the readiness of this type of work is 68%.

Installation of water supply pipes, internal sewerage and installation of heating systems has been completed by more than 80%.

The screed of floors and the laying of the topping coating are being completed.
At the moment, 11 out of 19 elevators, 1 escalator and 50% of travelators have been installed.

The implementation of the first stage of the project is December 2021. Customer is Prospekt Group of Companies.
