Pouring of bearing structures is completed in the 18th building of Simvol Residential Complex

The specialists of LMS Group, the general contractor, continue the construction in accordance with the approved schedule on the site of buildings 16-18 of Simvol Residential Complex in Moscow.

In the 18th building:

• Pouring of bearing structures has been completed.
• The installation of walls from aerated concrete blocks on the 25th floor is in progress.
• Plastering work has been completed on the stairs up to the 13th floor and is continuing in the corridors on the 23rd floor.
• The finishing works inside the apartments and on the standard floors are roughing up.
• Window frames are being installed on the 13th floor.
• Bricking on the roof is in progress.
• The insulation of the roof of the stylobate and building 18 is in progress.
• The installation of the scaffolding on the facade brackets and the mounting of the facade system guide profiles is in progress.
• One tower crane out of four was dismantled.

In the 17th building

• Construction of the vertical reinforced concrete structures of the 22nd floor is in progress.
• The installation of the walls of aerated concrete blocks on the 19th floor is in progress.
• Plastering work is continuing on the 9th floor stairs and 19th floor corridors.
• Window frames are being installed on the 12th floor.
• The installation of the scaffolding on the facade consoles and the installation of the facade thermal insulation is in progress.

In the 16th building:

• The installation of the reinforced concrete floor slabs of the 21st floor continues.
• The installation of the walls from aerated concrete blocks on the 16th floor is in progress.
• Plastering work is going on in the corridors of the 12th floor.
• Window frames are being installed on the 7th floor.
• The installation of the facade insulation is in progress.

On the parking lot, the installation of ducts and cable trays has been completed on the -2nd floor, the work on the -1st floor is ongoing. The installation of drainage pipes and insulation of the air ducts is carried out on the level below zero. The landscaping of the adjoining territory of the Symbol Residential Complex is continuing, as well as the installation of the individual heating substation.
