Completed pouring of the foundation at the construction of 16-18 buildings of the Simvol Residential Complex

The construction of future buildings 16-18 is ongoing on the site of the Simvol Residential Complex in Moscow. The general contractor's specialists carry out construction work in accordance with the approved schedule.

• Work is underway to fill vertical structures and floor slabs of future buildings.
• The installation of vertical structures is performed at the level of the first floor on the site of the building 18.
• Floor slabs are being installed at the level of the third floor (+15.45) on the site of the building 17.
• The installation of reinforced concrete structures of the building continues on the territory of building 16 on the minus 2nd and minus 1st floors.
• The foundation has been completed throughout the entire facility.
• The laying of brick walls continues (below the 0.00 mark) in the future parking lot of the residential complex.
• 2,762 tons of metal structures have already been used on the construction of the facility.

Face-to-face training for electrical workers took place at the facility last week. Within the framework of the training, safety measures for electrical work, professional recommendations, and first aid in case of electric shock were discussed. Training for employees at the facility is conducted from November this year to January 2022.
