LMS continues construction of the first stage of the multifunctional center «Esplanade» in the center of Perm. The building will house an 8-hall cinema, an entertainment center, a fashion gallery, a restaurant area and an underground parking lot.
Monolithic works were completed by 93%: almost completely installed monolithic slabs (94%), vertical structures - columns and walls on the first and fourth floors (85%); overlap at +23,750, stairs.

Currently, the builders of LMS perform work on the installation of metal structures: columns, roof trusses, beams and roof ties.
The construction of brick partitions, heating and ventilation systems, as well as the installation of insulation continues.
The site employs 531 workers, including engineers staff. The first stage of the facility will be completed in the fourth quarter of 2021. LMS has established itself as a reliable general contractor for the construction of large infrastructure facilities in the regions of Russia.
