An agreement with Donstroy for the development of eight buildings of Ostrov Residential Complex in Moscow was signed

Donstroy chose LMS international construction group as the general contractor of the fifth quarter of the Ostrov project in Mnevnikovskaya Floodplain.

LMS Group will develop working documentation and BIM models, do the construction and finishing work on a turnkey basis, including public areas, and also will improve the territory of the quarter. LMS specialists have already started working on the construction site.

LMS Group's portfolio includes more than 1.4 mln sqm of various purpose projects and 0.5 mln sqm of landscaping. Construction is carried out in accordance with International quality management standard ISO 9001.

The project envisages a multifunctional complex development of Block 5 of residential complex Ostrov in Moscow (Building 1 to 8) with a two-level underground parking lot. The total area of the buildings will be 155 844 sq. m, the area of the underground part will be 43 368 sq. m and the area of the above-ground part will be 112 476 sq. m. The planned number of apartments - 1193, parking spaces in the underground parking - 896.

It is also planned to locate 26 built-in commercial premises: stores, restaurants, Sports and Recreation Center, preschool institution, etc. in the block 5 of Ostrov Residential Complex.

The territory of the fifth quarter will be designed in the «courtyard-preserve» concept. The yard will be filled with meadows, green meadows and hills, pine, linden, maple and bird cherry trees, two walking bridges, one of which is a playground.

This is the second project implemented by LMS Group for the customer Donstroy. Three buildings (16, 17 and 18) of Symbol residential complex in Moscow have been under construction since 2020.
