The contract for the construction of a new Airport Complex Voronezh has been signed
The LMS Group of Companies has signed a general contract with AVIASERVICE LLC MC (part of the Novaport Group of Companies) for the construction of a new air terminal complex for domestic airlines of Voronezh International Airport.
This is the fourth project implemented by the LMS Group of Companies for the Novaport customer. We have already cooperated on the construction of a new airport terminal in Chelyabinsk, a new complex for international and domestic airlines of Volgograd airport and a new complex for domestic air lines of Leonov airport in Kemerovo.
The general contractor’s services include carrying out adjustment of design documentation with the state expert evaluation (Glavgosexpertiza of Russia), development of BIM working documentation, execution of turnkey construction work including the full scope of electromechanical work within the framework of the general contract.
The project was designed by ASSMANN Beratin + Planen. The total area of the future terminal will be 13,700 m2, and the building area will be 6,000 m2. The project will be completed in April 2023.
