Construction of the «Esplanade» in the active stage
Construction at the site is being carried out at several levels at once and is being carried out ahead of schedule. Thus, in October, the concreting of the bearing columns of the Esplanada MFC building was continued and completed. The monolithic works of the first floor at an elevation of 0.00 m were completed. The builders completed work on pouring the walls, reinforcement, a set of formwork and monolithic erection of the floor at an elevation of 17.9 m.
The brickwork of the future multifunctional center is in its active stage - bricklayers are erecting partitions on the basement floors underground parking of the building.
About 400 builders from LMS, including engineers and technicians, are involved in the Esplanada construction site in Perm.
