— How did you manage to solve problems with import substitution in the construction of our facilities?
— Research of the market of suppliers for the selection and supply of equipment was carried out at a time of intense competition in the market of famous European brands, and dynamically developing range of Chinese producers, as well as domestic manufacturers.
A working group was created, consisting of LMS specialists in equipment purchasing, the head of the design group, project managers, project coordinator and chief specialists of the customer administration. The group studied the component base of ready-made products from Europe, China and Russia and together with the customers selected the best solutions of Russian manufacturers on sites.
