The construction site of the new passenger terminal of Novy Urengoy Airport was visited by Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Alexander Novak and Governor of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug Dmitry Artyukhov. Evgeny Chudnovsky, General Director of the Airports of Regions Management Company, and Mehmet Bahar, Project Manager of the LMS Group of Companies, told the guests about the progress of the large-scale reconstruction of the largest air hub in the Russian Arctic.

Now in the building builders continue interior finishing of floors and partitions, installation of suspended ceilings and decorative panels, installation of internal engineering networks. Workers of general contractor LMS are installing the luggage handling system. Telescopic ladders are delivered to the site, and preparations are being made for their installation.

''The builders are at the finish line — the interior of the building is being finished. The airport will have everything for the convenience of passengers: teletraps, warm access to buses, comfortable waiting rooms, 12 check-in counters. Compared with the current airport terminal, the area will grow 4 times, the capacity will be 840 passengers per hour,» Artyukhov said.

Confirming the reputation of a reliable general contractor, LMS Group qualitatively and on time fulfills its obligations to customers who trust us to implement their projects again.
