Interior finishing work has begun in an Industrial Complex in Chernyakhovsk

LMS Group continues the construction of an Industrial Complex for the production of silicon wafers (SW) and photovoltaic converters (PC) in the Chernyakhovsk Industrial Park for the customer EnCORE Group (part of the Unigreen Energy Holding).

LMS specialists continue mounting and monolithic works, as well as internal finishing works at the site.

In the administration and utility building of the industrial complex, the builders of the general contractor are erecting the formwork, reinforcing and concreting the floor slabs and making the concrete flooring and floor slabs of the building.

The same work is being done in the production and storage buildings of SW and PC. On the site of these buildings, the installation of profiled sheeting is also in progress.

Assembly of steel structures continues in the buildings of the cold storage center, technical gases, industrial-warehouse buildings of SW and PC, administrative and amenity buildings of SW and PC, fire extinguishing station and distribution point. The fire walls and partitions are being laid in all the buildings of SW and PC and the technical gases building.

Finishing of the premises is being performed in the production and warehouse building of the KP, plastering works are being performed there.

The reinforcement and concreting of the foundations of the trestles, water measuring chambers and the foundation slab of the storm water tank are in the active phase.

LMS builders began excavating and constructing the excavation and site for the fire tanks.

Despite the existing logistical difficulties of the Kaliningrad region, the general contractor, LMS Group of Companies, fulfills its obligations to the customer.
