Nebo Shopping Center: signing a contract for the finishing of public spaces

The customer of the project of Nebo Shopping Center: MC Stolitsa Management signed an agreement with the general contractor LMS on the finishing of public spaces.

The contract includes work on finishing the floors with porcelain stoneware, finishing the ceilings with roller shutters and cube-shaped slats, as well as installing rectangular slats on the walls of future rooms. As part of the contract, the installation of plumbing and lighting fixtures is carried out in the premises of the future shopping center.

As a reminder the work on finishing the facade of the building at the facility is approaching the mark of 100% readiness – the installation of sandwich panels, finishing of columns and installation of dock shelters is nearing completion.

Also, at the construction site in front of the main facade of the SEC «Nebo», they began to improve the territory: the laying of road surfaces began at the places of future ground parking and the laying of sidewalks on pedestrian paths. We would like to inform you that the surface parking will accommodate 350 parking spaces, and the underground parking - 260. Landscaping work will begin soon.

The total building area is 50,533 m². Completion date of the object - September 2021.
