Shopping center «Nebo»: a number of finishing works have been completed

The partitions of gas concrete blocks and bricks are fully prepared and 92% of the partitions of drywall in tenant zones have been completed at the site. The specialists of the LMS Group of Companies have finished the decoration of stairwells, have fulfilled the tightening and laying of tiles.

75% electrical and mechanical works completed, 95% roof insulation completed. Ventilation and central air-conditioning systems are ready.

Let us remind, the final stage of the work on the project of construction of the shopping center «Nebo» in Moscow includes the installation of facades with elements of stained glass (88%), the arrangement of all engineering systems of the building (75%), roofing works (95%), as well as the works on landscaping (82%).

The frame of the building «Nebo» is erected on the building area of 13 370 m². 31,000 m³ of reinforced concrete and 358 tons of metal structures are involved. The area of the building is 50 533 m².
