The construction of the shopping and entertainment center Nebo is nearing completion

The specialists of the Group of Companies LMS are actively working on finishing and interior decoration, as well as landscaping the territory of the future shopping and entertainment center Nebo.

Installation of sandwich panels is approaching the 100% mark, all dock shelters are installed, the plaster of the mine superstructure is 98% ready. The finishing works are in full swing. The finishing works of the ceilings of the third leg are completely ready, all metal stairs are installed. The walls are finished with porcelain stoneware, the installation of gypsum plasterboard sheets and the plaster of the walls will be completed in the near future. The laying of tiles on the floor continues, as well as the installation of stained-glass windows and double-glazed windows.

Drainage systems at the facility under construction are 100% ready (K1, K2, K3), equipment for heating, central air-conditioning and smoke ventilation are being installed.

As for the landscaping work, all excavation work on the territory of the SEC Nebo has been completed. The paving of asphalt concrete pavements is being actively carried out in the areas of future ground parking and concrete tiles on pedestrian paths.

The completion date of the object is approaching, it is scheduled for the end of October 2021.
