Construction of buildings 16, 17 and 18 of Simvol is on schedule
LMS Group of Companies, the general contractor for the construction of three buildings of Residential Complex Simvol in Moscow continues works on installation of reinforced concrete structures. The construction of the residential complex is on schedule.
The installation of floor slabs and vertical structures on the fourth floor continues in Building 16. In the 17-th building the eighth floor slabs are being installed. On the site of the 18th building the builders have started assembling the floor slabs on the twelfth floor and vertical structures on the thirteenth floor.
Assembling of walls from aerated concrete blocks is in progress on the sixth floor of the seventeenth building and on the tenth floor of the eighteenth building. The specialists have started the installation of the cable trays in the parking lot and the installation of the drainage pipes on the level below zero.
They are actively finishing the roughing-up works in building 18. Temporary facade elevators are installed at the site, and the installation of facade scaffolding for further work is in progress.
