Construction dynamics of the Industrial Complex in Chernyakhovsk in November

The specialists of the general contractor, LMS Group, are continuing at a rapid pace with the construction and finishing works at the Silicon Wafers (SW) and Photovoltaic Converters (PV) Industrial Complex in the Chernyakhovsk Industrial Park.

A set of construction measures for the installation of supporting structures is being completed at the site:

• installation of sandwich panels of the outer contour of building No. 2;
• Assembling of internal walls and partitions in building No. 2 is ready for 24%, No. 4 - 94%, No. 10 - 75%, No. 12 - 100%, No. 16 - 100%;
• roofing work on buildings 2 - 90% and 4 - 82%;
• the installation of monolithic reinforced concrete slabs in all buildings has been completed.

Work is continuing on the interior finishings:

• plastering work is 93% complete;
• floor screed has been completed;
• gypsum board underlayment in Building 16 - 46%;
• puttying and painting work 30% complete;
• laying of ceramic tiles half completed;
• works on installation of internal and external engineering systems are in progress.

The landscaping is underway: the installation of kerb stones is 55% complete, the base course for the site roads as well as the laying of geotextile, sand and crushed stone is 30% complete.

The customer of the project is EnCORE, which belongs to Unigreen Energy.
