In Kemerovo, the construction of a new terminal complex of domestic airlines of the International Airport named after A. A. Leonov continues. LMS has received permission from the Siberian Department of Rostekhnadzor to allow the thermal power plant to carry out commissioning.
The builders have completely completed such important stages of work as the construction of a monolithic foundation, as well as a monolithic frame of the building. The amount of poured concrete was 8,700 m3.
The device of external networks is finished: water supply, sewerage, heating mains. Installation of 70% of the facade glazing was completed. 600 tons of metal structures were installed: this is more than 95% of the required volume.
4 919 m2 of profiled sheets (91% of the total volume) were installed on the cantilever part of the roof.
Work is underway on the interior decoration of the terminal building: 95% of the partitions are already ready, in parallel, the walls are being finished, floor and wall tiles are being installed.
In addition, the installation of ventilation ducts, heating pipes and water pipes continues. Installation of trays is carried out with the subsequent laying of power and low-current cable lines.
At the facility, work is underway to finish the auxiliary buildings of the airport: the checkpoint and the pumping station.
Recall that it is planned to put the new terminal into operation in the spring of 2021 and to coincide with its commissioning to celebrate the 300th anniversary of Kuzbass.
