Progress of construction work of the shopping center Esplanada in July

Work at the shopping center Esplanada in Perm is in full swing: 1104 tons of steel structures have already been installed. Availability - 95%.

The specialists of the LMS group of companies are completing the installation of roofs and half-frames of the building (99%). Also in the process of finishing work - installation of facade sandwich panels (95%).

Mechanical works are actively carried out at the construction site: water supply pipes (78%), internal sewerage (78%) and storm sewers (95%) are being installed. Installation of ventilation systems of the future multifunctional center is 87% complete.

94,000 running meters of electrical cable have been laid at the facility.

Also, specialists have already installed almost half of the 19 elevators.

At the moment, about 800 employees are involved in the construction site of the Esplanada MFC, including engineers and technicians.

As a reminder, the implementation of the first stage of the Project will take place in December 2021. The customer of the project is Prospekt Group of Companies.
