The progress of reconstruction of the Roshchino Airport in Tyumen at the end of December

The LMS Group of Companies, the General contractor, demonstrates the dynamics of the phased reconstruction of the existing airport terminal complex of international/domestic air lines at Tyumen International Airport (Roshchino).

The workers have completely completed the installation of free-standing foundations (100%) and the installation of the basement foundation (100%).

The vertical structures of the basement are 100% installed, the floor slab is fully installed at the level of 0.150, and the brickwork in the basement is also completed (100%).

At the moment, the following works are underway at the facility:

• 100% of the soil has been developed in a volume of 29,500 m³.
• The device of a vertical structure is made above the mark of -0.150 per 100%.
• 10459 m3 of concrete mix was laid, which is 97% of the total volume.
• Backfilling was performed for 100% of the total volume.
• The device of a vertical structure above the mark of + 4,650 is made, 100 are made%.
• The installation of the floor slab at the level of + 4,650 is 100% completed.
• The installation of the floor slab at the level of + 9,900 is 100% completed.
• The installation of the metal structure has been completed at 18%.
• In the basement, the floor screed is 97% completed.
• The masonry of the brick partitions in the basement is 100% complete.
• The masonry of aerated concrete blocks of partitions in the basement is 100% complete.
• The partitions made of GCL in the basement are 52% complete.
• The masonry of the facade aerated concrete blocks of the first floor is 100% completed.
• The masonry of the aerated concrete blocks of the first floor is 98% completed.
• The masonry of the aerated concrete blocks of the second floor is 21% completed.
• On the ground floor, a 32% floor screed has been completed.
• The partitions made of GCL in the basement are made by 30%.
• The masonry of the brick partitions of the first floor is 82% completed.
• The masonry of the brick parapets on the roof is 75% complete.
• The electric trays in the basement are 32%.
• The electric trays of the first floor of the part are made for 6%.
• The general ventilation of the basement is 35% complete%.
• Smoke ventilation in the basement is 35% complete%.
• The OUTP of the basement is completed by 35%.

The builders started installing floors in the basement, as well as facade work on laying aerated concrete blocks. Work is being carried out on external networks and electromechanical work.
