The progress of facade works in the 16-18 buildings of the residential complex «Symvol» amounted to 85%

The general contractor LMS Group of Companies is rapidly implementing the construction of a new Residential complex «Symvol» in Moscow.

Finishing works in three buildings were completed by 74%, mechanical work by 90%, electrical work by 63%, and interior finishing by 64%.

Facade works are 85% completed. The facade cladding with fiber cement panels is 74% complete.

The LMS builders have completed 88% of the work in the underground parking: on the 1st floor, the concrete floor of the parking lot with a surface hardener has been poured, and the walls are being painted. Mechanical work in the underground parking has been completed on the 2nd floor. The installation of cable trays has also been completed there.

The work on laying three wall tile housings in the MOPS is coming to an end, and the floor tiles are completely completed.

The improvement of the territory is 55%. Builders continue laying paving stones and leveling. In the active phase, landscaping of the territory is planting trees. Dismantling of scaffolding and areas of facade elevators below the 14th floor continues.
