So it's time to summarize the results of the outgoing year 2023. The year was fruitful and at the same time difficult, filled with new projects and directions in the construction of facilities.
Thanks to the well-coordinated work of a highly professional team, the LMS Group of Companies has demonstrated stability and dynamics of development in the construction market throughout the year.
Every year we build complex infrastructure facilities: airports, industrial and industrial parks, educational and cultural facilities, shopping, business and residential complexes.
By combining the efforts of our 4,500 specialist team, we are completing the construction of 3 facilities in 2023:
In 2023, we were simultaneously building 11 facilities. Tenders have been won for the reconstruction of the airport complex of Roshchino International Airport in Tyumen, for the construction of a new airport terminal complex at Mineralnye Vody International Airport and the construction of the educational complex «Point of the Future» in «Zhatai» of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).
All this is our common merit! And these achievements would not have been possible without you, colleagues!
