Permission has been obtained for the commissioning of 3 buildings of the residential complex «Symvol»

The general contractor, LMS Group of Companies, has completed the construction of buildings 16, 17 and 18 of the Symvol Residential Complex in Moscow.

The customer of the Donstroy project has received permission from the Moscow State Construction Supervision Committee to put into operation the object «Multifunctional complex residential development with underground parking, turn 2B, buildings No. 16, 17, 18» with a total area of 93,720 m2.

During the implementation of the 16-18 buildings of the «Symvol», LMS specialists were responsible for the development of working documentation, the creation of a BIM model, construction and installation, finishing works and landscaping. Three buildings are designed for 922 apartments.

All three buildings are united by a two-storey stylobate, which includes a sports and recreation complex and a single two-level parking for 449 cars. The territory of the courtyard of the houses is fenced and equipped with vehicle access control through the checkpoint.
