A contract for the construction of a public and business center was signed

The group of companies LMS signed a contract for the construction of the Public and Business Center on the NEBO Shopping and Entertainment Center's territory with the customer — the Managing Company Stolitsa Management.
The center of public services «My Documents», a fitness center, a cafe and more will be located in the new public and business center.
Under the contract, the general contractor will carry out earthworks, waterproofing and monolithic works. A few days ago, our builders have already poured the first concrete of the future building, which will be located at st. Aviators, 7А k. 2.
The total area of the object is 4,500 m², the height is 3 floors.
The work will be completed in September-December 2021.
