The construction of the Esplanada MFC in Perm is nearing completion

At the construction site of the Esplanada MFC in Perm, LMS specialists completed the installation of all steel structures of the building, the installation of the roof, and the installation of the profiled sheet. Construction work was carried out on an area of 18,560 m².

• Facade glazing of the building has been completed on an area of 2,550 m². PVC roofing membranes (readiness is 60%) and porcelain stoneware tiles (readiness is 65%) are used for the installation of a decorative facade.
• Landscaping work is nearing completion: asphalt concrete pavement and paving slabs have been completely laid. Landscaping is 90% complete.
• Finishing works are also approaching the final, 95% of public areas are finished. All elevators, escalators and travelators are fully installed.
• Installation of ventilation, heating and cooling systems is 97% complete. For the installation of electrical systems, 168,270 m of cables are produced. At the facility, specialists have already laid 150.257 running meters, the readiness is 91%.

The construction site employs 1000 workers, including engineering and technical personnel.
