The first phase of construction of the Esplanada center in Perm is coming to an end
The opening of the Esplanada multifunctional center in Perm will soon take place. The first phase of construction is coming to an end.
All work on the installation of metal structures, roof installation and installation of the profiled sheet have been completed at the facility. The construction area is 18,560 m2.
Completed area of work on the facade glazing of the MFC «Esplanada» is 2,550 m2. The installation of the decorative facade continues by the specialists of the general contract LMS: the installation of PVC membranes is 65% complete, and the installation of porcelain tiles is 70%.
Finishing works are nearing completion – the completion of public areas is 97%. All elevators, escalators and travelators are fully installed. Installation of ventilation, heating and cooling systems approached 97% availability.
The improvement of the adjacent territory is nearing completion: asphalt-concrete pavement and paving slabs have been laid.
About a thousand specialists were involved in the construction of the Esplanada multifunctional center in Perm.
