Glazing and installation of stained glass windows of the stylobate 16-18 buildings of «Symvol» amounted to 93%

The general contractor LMS Group of Companies is rapidly implementing the construction of a new Residential complex «Symvol» in Moscow. The readiness of the facility in the first decade of March will be 84%.

Waterproofing and roofing work is at the finish. Finishing works in the buildings are 75% completed. Mechanical work was performed by 85%, electrical by 60%, and interior decoration by 62%.

The overall progress of facade works exceeds 75%. Facade cladding with fiber cement panels is 58% complete. Glazing and installation of aluminum structures of the stylobate part is almost completely completed.

LMS builders have completed the floor covering of the 1st floor of the parking lot by 47%. In general, the floor covering of the -1 floor is 75% completed. Work is underway on laying wall and floor tiles in the corridors of three buildings. The installation of elevators is 82% complete.

The work on the improvement of the skate park has been completed. The dismantling of scaffolding from the upper floors of the buildings is completed, and moves to the lower ones.

The customer of the project is LLC «Donstroy».
