One more construction stage of «NEBO» shopping center in Moscow is nearly over
Last Saturday, on July 15th, a solemn event dedicated to the symbolic ending of in-situ concrete works took place at the site. Representatives of the Client company - «Stolitsa Management» and general contractor company - LIMAKMARASHSTROY together with guests took part in the ceremony.
The arrangement of in-situ concrete frame of a three-floored building with an underground parking of 65,000 m2 total area, with two access ramps to the socle floor and steel structures for the roof began in October 2019. At present, the concrete works are going to be finished with a completed scope of 31,000 m3 of concrete. At the same time , the drawings to begin the mall steel structures mounting are being worked out.
The first stage of construction will be completed in accordance with the approved schedule of works till October, the 30th, 2020.
