Update from the construction site of the new wafer and solar cell factory Chernyakhovsk

On the territory of a new wafer and solar cell factory Chernyakhovsk in Kaliningrad region the construction work is ongoing.

• At the moment, at the facility, LMS specialists continue to install the columns of the future building for the production of silicon wafers. Work is underway to compact the sandy base, as well as to install the reinforcement cage of the wafer building.
• On the territory of the future building for the production of photovoltaic converters, the foundation is being reinforced and waterproofed.
• On the territory of the industrial complex, work is underway to arrange a power supply and lighting system for the construction site. Experts are actively engaged in excavation for the buildings of treatment facilities, a cold center, which will house refrigerating machines, chillers and auxiliary equipment, as well as a compressor room.
• The installation of metal structures for the building of the canteen and the hostel and the offices of the general contractor for the construction is in progress. The finishing works of the customer's office building are in progress.

The general contractor’s services include carrying out adjustment of design documentation along with approval procedures at state expertise body, development of working documentation in BIM, construction works on turnkey basis, including a full range of electromechanical works.

Customer of the project is EnCore, a business unit of Unigreen Energy (a subsidiary of Ream Management investing in renewable energy, health nutrition and ecotourism projects).
