«Prospect» Group of Companies implementing a project of «Esplanada» polyfunctional complex construction of total price over 8.6 bln rub has chosen LMS «LLC» as a general contractor for the 1st phase of construction.
The 1st phase includes a shopping center with a total area estimates as 85 000 m2. The project will be implemented at the end of November, 2021.
