Nihat Ozdemir inspected Moscow LMS construction sites

Yesterday, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Limak Holding Nihat Ozdemir, accompanied by members of the Board of Directors of the Limak Marash Group of Companies Serdar Turkhan Bajaksyz, Selchuk Karaca, Ertan Ertem and Sinan Gulseren inspected construction sites in Moscow, starting the fifth quarter of the Residential complex «Ostrov» (1-8 buildings).

The tour of the distinguished guests was conducted by the project manager Erman Erakman together with the head of the Department of Mechanical Engineering Systems Ismail Kysa.

The mobilization of the construction site has been completed. The concrete mix was laid in a volume of 28,840 m³, more than 3,600 tons of reinforcement were used.

The following works are currently being performed:

• In building No. 1, at +13.400, the installation of the cover plate has been completed, the installation of vertical structures continues.
• In building No. 2, at +10.100, the installation of the cover plate continues, as well as the installation of vertical structures.
• In building No. 3, the installation of vertical structures has been completed at - 0.100, and the installation of the cover plate continues at +4.900.
• In buildings No. 4 and No. 7, the installation of the cover plate has been completed at -0.100, the installation of vertical structures continues at -0.100.
• In buildings No. 5 and No. 6, the installation of the cover plate has been completed at -5.800, the installation of vertical structures continues at -5.800.
• In building No. 8, the installation of the cover plate continues at +4,900, and the installation of vertical structures continues at -0.100.

The construction of the facility is carried out in 2 shifts, the general contractor has attracted 853 specialists, including IT specialists.

The customer of the project is LLC «Donstroy».

Nihat Ozdemir also visited the construction site of the Multifunctional shopping center «Kuzminki» and the residential complex «Symvol» (building 16-18) in Moscow. The tour was conducted by the project managers – Hayrettin Yolsal and Erdal Ural, respectively. And the day before, the distinguished guest inspected the construction of the Eastern exit from Ufa to the Federal highway M-5 Ural in Bashkiria.
