Specialists of the general contractor of the LMS Group of Companies continue to erect the frame of the Perm State Art Gallery, work is underway on 4 floors and the roof of the building.
By the beginning of December, more than 1,500 tons of metal structures had been installed. To better ensure the friction of materials and prevent metal damage, work is underway to tighten high-strength bolts with controlled tension. The backfill of the pit was carried out in a volume of 13,608 m3.
At the level below zero, the concreting of the foundation slab and vertical structures (walls and columns) is ready in the volume of 5,343 m3, at the level above zero — in the volume of 1,714 m3. The waterproofing device of the foundation and walls of the building is made on an area of 9,710 m2.
To effectively protect the basement from flooding by groundwater, a 95% wall drainage of the foundation has been installed. In the basement and on the ground floor, LMS specialists lay out exterior walls and partitions made of aerated concrete blocks, the work was carried out in a volume of 1,450 m3.
More than 210 specialists, including engineering and technical personnel, are involved at the construction site.
